Acceptance

By downloading or using Notch, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to all users of Notch on iOS.

What Notch is

Notch is a personal milestone tracker. You set a goal, break it into steps, and tap to log your progress. It is not a habit tracker. It has no streaks, no daily requirements, and no guilt.

Your data

Everything you enter into Notch — your tracker names, goals, and progress — belongs to you. We don't claim any rights over your data. Your data lives on your device and, if you're a Pro user, in your own iCloud account. You can delete it at any time by deleting the app.

Notch Free

The free version allows creation of up to 3 active trackers with no time restrictions.

Notch Pro

Notch Pro unlocks unlimited trackers, home screen widget, and iCloud sync. It is a one-time purchase of $9.99 (Supporter price, yours forever) with no subscription option. Pricing may change for new buyers in the future, but anyone who purchased earlier keeps Pro permanently.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple. Pro status can be restored via the app's Profile screen at any time using the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Acceptable use

Notch is for personal use only. Don't reverse-engineer the app, attempt to bypass free tier limits, or violate App Store guidelines.

Availability

Service availability is not guaranteed. The app may be updated, changed, or temporarily unavailable. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the app with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

Notch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding error-free operation or data preservation.

Limitation of liability

The developer's liability is capped at the amount paid in the prior 12 months or $5, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indonesian law.
